This work is a view of the Narrow Gauge terrace above Mammoth Hot Springs. It's only accessible by a trail that is lesser known. I was skiing up the trail early on a cold morning and came upon the ethereal scene of the sun just above the horizon of Mt. Everts shining through the mist and vapor from the hot springs. It was very unworldly. I hope I caught some of its mystery and beauty.
