Slough Creek is in the northeast corner of the park north of the Lamar area. There have been many grizzly sightings there this spring. There is also a wolf den (with pups) visible (with a powerful spotting scope) from the first parking area. This painting is from a photo taken looking west into the afterglow of sunset.
